In keeping with this, we will not knowingly distribute corporate, personal or professional information in any wrongful or harmful manner. Personal information is never traded, sold or leased by us to any external companies and is only collected, used and disclosed by James Seidel & Associates in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

James Seidel & Associates requires candidates to provide certain pieces of information in order for us to provide the best possible service. This information may include contact details, a resume, a description of the type of work being sought, our interview notes, information obtained through reference checks. educational records, reference letters, and testing results. We use this information to select appropriate career opportunities for candidates and to fulfill our clients’ requests for information about potential candidates. James Seidel & Associates never collects more personal information than is needed to fulfill these purposes, unless requested by the client and consented to by the candidate.

James Seidel & Associates utilizes a database which is an internal database only. By using this interactive site to send us position requirements or resumes, individuals are allowing us to enter the information into our proprietary database. This information may be stored indefinitely in our database maintained directly by James Seidel & Associates. In the event that a candidate’s qualifications match a client’s needs, we will submit the resume to that client only with the express permission of the candidate.

James Seidel & Associates may share information with our affiliates, partners, or other companies (collectively “affiliates”) after obtaining permission from the candidate. We only disclose limited information as required for the function that will be performed by the affiliate. We also ensure that every contract we enter into with an affiliate clearly outlines the affiliate’s obligation to protect personal information and to live up to the principles of privacy.

James Seidel & Associates may occasionally use the information in our database to electronically distribute marketing information making individuals aware of items which may be of interest to them including current postings, candidate availability, and market trends. James Seidel & Associates relies on the information provided by candidates as well as third parties such as those providing references or educational institutions. A candidate may at any time make a written request for access to their personal information. They will be provided with a copy of the personal information we have on file.

Please contact us and let us know of any personal information previously forwarded to us that is incomplete, inaccurate, or no longer relevant.
